Sherri Walker has a heart and passion for her Sweet and so very Precious, Lord and Savior. Her thoughts, and her life anchored in Him, can be clearly heard in her writings. And so it is that I honor her for her works and for the light that shines from within her heart and into all the world for Jesus Christ. Sherri truly does abide in the One and Only True Vine. Affectionately known as "Daughter of the King" and "Poet4Christ", she has written many articles, stories and poems in honor of Jesus. It's been said that Mrs. Walker's poetry expresses the power of God and the victory of mankind. It exposes the heart of man in his every day trials in this life, and the overcoming, overwhelming, love and power of God expressed toward His children. Her poetry captures the essence of Praise for our God who is worthy of the Glory, honor, adoration, and praise that she gives him in her poems. Sherri writes like a woman who is seeking the face of God, thirsting and hungering for more of Him. In all that Sherri has committed to doing this past decade, writing continues to be her passion, and first love. She is grateful that the Lord allows her to express how she feels about him through her poetry to share his love, encourage, and inspire others. She is thankful for all the support she has received over the years that has given her ministry purpose and fulfillment, but what she is most thankful for is Jesus, who is truth, and her reason for a lifetime of service to God.
