The Fall and Rise of Rain

Can a plant return to the pod? Can a child re-enter the womb? Being raised, by the saving grace of God, How can we ever return to the tomb? As the rain, returns to the cloud, In a vapor which remains unseen. So shall we, rise from our fall, Entering heaven on Jesus' Wings. If you find yourself, in a cold, dark valley, Thinking your Salvation lost. Remember the rains, which also fall, Upon a world which is dead and lost. It's these very same drops, which deliver life, To the hungry seeds in the valleys below. And when the Son does rise, to give His light, Our germination helps these flowers grow. And when the growing has started, after the clouds have departed, And the valley grows warm and green. The evaporations, of the rains of service, Departs this world unseen. Rising skyward, towards the awaiting heavens, As if in answer to a call. So shall we, when the trumpet sounds, Return to where it began before the fall.
